My Story
The coach behind Geluk Coaching
My name is Radhika Bawa. I am an entrepreneur at heart, a coach for entrepreneurs and their partners, and a married mother of two children.
After years in business and government, I have learned how to make systems work, motivate teams and make difficult choices — often with a full agenda and a family that also requires attention. I know firsthand how demanding entrepreneurship truly is.
I believe that successful entrepreneurs don't have to choose between their business and their relationship. On the contrary — a strong, supportive relationship is one of the most powerful accelerators for entrepreneurs. In my coaching, I combine entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking, deep insight into relationship dynamics, and practical tools that are directly applicable in a busy life.
